What Is Included

Consultation - Every new prospective client will receive a pre-screening form to complete. We will then expand on this and discuss what is in your best interest going forward.

Nutrition Plan - This is an 'all rounder' nutrition plan, which includes a shopping list, macro breakdowns and some recipes. If you are new to nutrition and not quite ready to commit, this might be the choice for you.*

Personalised Nutrition Plan - A nutrition plan tailored to your goals and preferences. This will also include a personalised calorie target and macro breakdown, to make nutrition as easy as possible for you. If your goal is to level up your nutrition this is the plan for you.

Workout Programme - A workout programme that includes sessions to work your full body through resistance training and functional HIIT. If you are somewhat new to working out, or need a push in the right direction give this plan a go!*

Personalised Workout Programme - An 8 week workout programme that is tailored specifically for your goals. Designed to push you every session, smash your goals, and continue progressing to new levels. If you are serious about working out and need that extra coaching, this plan is designed for you.

Personalised Nutrition and Workout Plan - A complete 8 week nutrition and workout plan tailored specifically for you. If you are ready to become the best version of yourself, see your hardwork pay off, and feel amazing, this is the plan for you. Designed to achieve your goals and motivate you to continue progressing, with a dedicated and passionate coach behind you.

Online One-on-One Coaching - You will receive a complete nutrition and workout plan tailored specifically for you, designed to constantly push you to achieve your goals in the gym and in the kitchen. You'll have a dedicated and passionate coach with you every step, daily motivation and weekly check ins. Every month we will assess your programme for any adjustments that need to be made. My method is setting goals, and adapting the programme with you, keeping your motivation up as you smash your goals!

In Person One-on-One Coaching - Do you feel like you need a coach with you every session to truly get the most out it? This is the option for you. I'll be making sure you push yourself every second and every rep, and enjoying every session!
