My Fitness Journey

When I was 18 I joined my first gym. I was overweight, unhappy, and finally decided today was the day I make a change. I started lifting weights, doing cardio, HIIT workouts. Pretty soon I had the fitness bug. My whole life became focused on fitness. But I struggled to lose fat. I decided, well if I can't be small and skinny I'll be big and strong. I lifted weights, shunned cardio, and followed whatever new diet plan was being sold to me.

When 2020 hit, I made it my mission to educate myself on nutrition, my hormone cycle, total body fitness, fat loss and muscle gain. I became a qualified Fitness Coach and Trainer, found a love for hiking and running, understood the science behind weight lifting and how to scientifically reach your goals.

 

Now I'm a Fitness Professional! I'm a qualified coach, spin instructor, BodyPump instructor, GRIT instructor. You name it I do it. I literally get paid to do what I love, and motivate others every day!

Now I'm in the best shape of my life. My diet is nourishing and delicious. My training style includes a little bit of everything. I truly believe Variety Is The Spice Of Life!

It's my mission to help others who were like me when I was scared to start, struggling to progress, demoralised and ready to give up.

Fitness and Wellbeing looks different for everyone, and it's difficult to pick out the truth in the vast amount of information we have available. I don't believe in fad diets, TikTok Trends, clickbait, false advertising. Just science, facts and sharing knowledge. Who's with me?
